Factory Reset — Yealink Phones

Most desk phones (T2/T3/T4/T4U/T5)

  1. Quick reset: Press and hold the OK key for 5–10 seconds → confirm Reset to factory.
  2. Menu path: MenuAdvanced (default password: admin) → Reset ConfigReset to factory settingsOK.
  3. Web UI: Log in to the phone’s IP → SettingsUpgradeReset to Factory.

DECT base stations (W60B/W70B/W80/W90)

  1. Hard reset (button): With power connected, press and hold the Connect/Paging/Device button for ~20 seconds until the status LED pattern indicates reset, then release. The base reboots.
  2. Hard reset (power-cycle method): Unplug power → press and hold the Connect/Paging button → plug power back in while holding → when all LEDs light solid, release → reboot.
  3. From a handset: MenuSettingsSystem SettingsBase Reset → enter PIN (default 0000) → confirm.

Conference phones (CP series)

  1. MenuSettingsAdvanced (default admin) → Reset ConfigReset to Factory Settings → confirm.
Notes
  • Factory reset wipes accounts, custom keys, and provisioning. Devices may re-provision if a server is configured.
  • If the admin password is unknown, the long-press OK method still works on most desk phones.
