Go Integrator Nava is a desktop app that links your PressONE UC phone service to your CRM — caller preview, screen pop, click-to-dial, and call history. This guide installs it and connects it to PressONE UC.
Applies to: Windows · macOS
Before you start
Have these ready — you'll need all of them to finish setup:
- A supported Windows or Mac computer (see Nava's system requirements).
- Your Access Code (below).
- Your PressONE UC username and password — this is the same login as your PressONE UC Manager portal.
- The login for the CRM you want to connect (e.g. Salesforce), for the integration step.
Access Code: NPRESS — you'll enter this the first time Nava launches.
1. Download the installer
Pick the version for your computer:
Download for Windows (.exe) Download for macOS (.xar)
2. Run the installer
Windows
- Open the downloaded
IntegratorInstaller-4.11.0.10905.exe file. - Follow the setup wizard and accept the defaults, then finish.
- Go Integrator Nava launches (or open it from the Start menu).
macOS
- Open the downloaded
.xar file and follow the prompts to install. - If macOS blocks it, open
System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. - Launch Go Integrator Nava from Applications.
3. Enter the Access Code and sign in
- On the first launch, Nava asks for an Access Code. Enter NPRESS and continue.
- At the login screen, sign in with your PressONE UC username and password (the same login you use for the PressONE UC Manager portal).
- Nava connects to the PressONE UC platform. Its icon appears in the Windows system tray (or the Mac menu bar).
Don't know your UC login? It's the same username and password as your PressONE UC Manager portal. If you're not sure, contact
helpdesk@pressone.net. The Access Code is only needed on first launch.
4. Add a CRM integration
- Open Nava's menu from the system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and click the Configuration button.
- Go to
Integrations and choose (Add new). - Find your CRM in the list — for example, Salesforce — and select it.
- Click Help next to that CRM to open its dedicated setup guide. Each CRM has a full help document with the exact connection steps.
- Follow that CRM's guide to sign in, authorize Nava, and finish the integration.
Every CRM has its own detailed help doc. After you pick your CRM (e.g. Salesforce), click Help right there in Nava — it opens the complete, step-by-step guide for that specific integration.
5. Test it
- Make or receive a call — Nava's preview window should pop with the caller's details.
- From a contact record in your CRM, try click-to-dial to place a call through PressONE UC.
