How To: Change the Behavior of Transfers via BLF on Yealink Devices
Behavior Parameter
transfer.dsskey_deal_type
This configures the transfer mode for the BLF key. When the user presses a configured BLF key during a call, the BLF key behavior depends on the transfer mode.
Note: This feature is only applicable to the Speed Dial key, BLF/BLF List key, or Transfer key with an assigned value.Permitted Values
- 0 - New Call: Produces a dial tone for a New Call.
- 1 - Attended Transfer: Pressing a BLF key on a call will initiate a warm transfer to the BLF destination.
- 2 - Blind Transfer: Pressing a BLF key on a call will immediately send the caller to the BLF destination.
- 4 - Optional: Pressing a BLF key while on a call will prompt the user to choose New Call, Attended Transfer, or Blind Transfer.
Note: By default, this option is set to 2 (Blind Transfer).
