How to Log in and Provision Polycom & Yealink IP Phones
If your device cannot be added to PressONE's Zero Touch Provisioning services for Yealink or Poly, please follow these instructions to add the devices to PressONE UC manually.
Important: You will need the provisioning Username and Password, which will be provided by your support representative.
Polycom IP Phones (via Web Interface)
- Find the phone's IP address by pressing the Home button, then navigating to Settings > Status > Network > TCP/IP Parameters.
- Open a web browser and enter the phone's IP address using HTTPS:
https://<IP address of phone>
(You may need to bypass a certificate warning.) - Log in using the administrator credentials (default is usually
Username: admin
and Password: 773771
). - Go to Settings > Network > Ethernet, and under the DHCP setting, choose Static.
- Then go to Settings > Provisioning Server.
- Set Server Type to HTTPS.
- If your phone is on PressONE UC
- In the Server Address field, enter:
https://endpoints.ucaas.me/cfg
- If your phone is on PressONE with Webex {Broadworks}, your support representative will provide you the URL.
- Enter the Username and Password provided by your support representative.

- Save the settings. The phone will automatically reboot to apply the new configuration.
Yealink IP Phones
- Get the IP address of the phone by pressing the OK button on the device.
- Open a web browser and go to
http://<IP address of phone>
. - Log in to the phone's web interface (default username/password is usually
admin / 773771
). - Go to Settings > Auto Provision.
- If your phone is on PressONE UC
- In the Server Address field, enter:
https://endpoints.ucaas.me/cfg
- If your phone is on PressONE with Webex {Broadworks}, your support representative will provide you the URL.
- Enter the Username and Password provided by your support representative.
- Click Confirm or Save.
- Click the Auto Provision Now button to apply the configuration immediately.
