IP Addresses for Voice Services

Ensure that traffic is allowed from the following IP addresses:

  • 129.80.57.56/32 – core1-iad.cloudsession.io (US-EAST)
  • 164.152.31.236/32 – core2-ord.cloudsession.io (US-CENTRAL)
  • 132.226.70.160/32 – core3-phx.cloudsession.io (US-WEST)

Provisioning Servers

  • 157.151.176.236 – endpoints1-iad.cloudsession.io
  • 163.192.195.193 – endpoints2-ord.cloudsession.io

TCP and UDP Ports

The following TCP and UDP ports are in use by the system:

  • TCP ports 80 and 443 (Web UIs and provisioning servers)
  • TCP & UDP port 5080 (SIP signaling)
  • TLS port 5082 (SIPs signaling)
  • UDP port 8889 (Web Meetings and Video Conferences)
  • UDP ports 20000–37999 (RTP)
  • TCP ports 8001 and 9002 (Web Phones, Portal Updates)
