Postmark Setup Requirements for SMTP relay

To set up your system to send emails through our Postmark SMTP relay, please provide the following information and complete the steps below:

 Information You Need to Provide:

  1. Sending Domain Name

    • The domain you will be sending email from (e.g., yourcompany.com).

  2. Email Addresses to Be Used as Senders

  3. DNS Access or DNS Provider Info

    • So we can send you the required DNS records (SPF, DKIM, Return-Path) for domain authentication.

  4. IT Contact Info

    • Name and email of the person responsible for managing DNS or email systems, in case coordination is needed.

Steps You Will Need to Complete:

  1. Add DNS Records (We Will Provide Them)

    • Once we receive your sending domain, we will send you SPF, DKIM, and Return-Path records to add to your DNS.

  2. Send a Test Email

    • Once everything is set, please send a test message so we can confirm delivery and resolve any issues.
