Call Transfer

No Consultation: While on an active call, press the "Tran" softkey, dial the extension or number, and press "Tran" again to send the call.

With Consultation: Press the "Tran" softkey, dial the extension, announce the caller, then press "Tran" to complete the transfer or "Cancel" to take the call back.

Conference Call

Initiating a Conference Call: While on an active call, press "Conference," dial the extension, announce the conference, and press "Conference" again to join the parties.

Joining Two Separate Calls: Press "More," then "Join" to merge the calls. To separate the calls, press "Split."

Direct Voicemail Transfer

To transfer a call directly to voicemail, press "Transfer," dial *55 followed by the extension and #, then hang up.

Access to the Voice Portal

Press the Envelope key, or dial 9999 or 999 to access your personal voice portal. From another phone, dial 9999 or 999, press *, enter your extension, and password.

Follow these steps to configure a speed dial directly on your Yealink phone:

Access the DSS Key Settings:
  1. Press and hold the desired line key on your phone until the configuration menu appears.

Configure the Key:

  1. Type: Use the navigation keys to select “Speed Dial.”
  2. Label: Enter the name you want to display for this speed dial.
  3. Value: Input the phone number or extension you wish to assign.

Note: These steps may vary slightly depending on your specific Yealink model.

Press the "Save" soft key to apply the settings.

First-Time Voice Portal Setup

  • Dial your extension or 9999
  • Enter a new passcode, then re-enter it.
  • Record your name and press #
  • Follow prompts to record your "No Answer" and "Busy" greetings.

Voice Messaging

  • 1 - Play Messages
  • 2 - Busy Greeting Menu
  • 3 - No Answer Greeting Menu
  • 5 - Compose Message Menu
  • 7 - Delete All Messages
  • * - Return to Voice Portal Main Menu
  • # - Repeat Menu

CommPilot Express

  • 1 - Activate “Available – In Office” Profile
  • 2 - Activate “Available – Out of Office” Profile
  • 3 - Activate “Busy” Profile
  • 4 - Activate “Unavailable” Profile
  • 5 - No Active Profile
  • * - Return to Voice Portal Main Menu

Personalized Name

  • 1 - Record New Personalized Name
  • 2 - Listen to Current Personalized Name
  • 3 - Delete Personalized Name
  • * - Return to Voice Portal Main Menu
  • # - Repeat Menu

Passcode

To change your passcode, press #, enter the new passcode, and press # again to confirm.

Call Forwarding

  • 1 - Activate Call Forwarding
  • 2 - Deactivate Call Forwarding
  • 3 - Change Forwarding Destination
  • 4 - Listen to Forwarding Status
  • * - Return to Voice Portal Main Menu
  • # - Repeat Menu

Additional Options

  • 1 - Reply to Message
  • 2 - Forward Message
  • * - Return to Play Messages Menu
  • # - Repeat Menu

Forward Message

  • 1 - Change Current Introduction
  • 2 - Listen to Current Introduction
  • 3 - Send Message to Specific Group Members
  • 4 - Send Message to Entire Group
  • 5 - Send Message to Distribution List
  • 6 - Set/Clear Urgent Indicator
  • 7 - Set/Clear Confidential Indicator
  • * - Return to Play Messages Menu
  • # - Repeat Menu
Note: Messages marked as confidential cannot be forwarded. Enterprise Voice Portal users can forward messages outside their group but not to the entire group.
