PressONE UC – Data Deletion Request
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your data associated with the PressONE UC app, you can do so in one of two ways:

Email – Send your request to helpdesk@pressone.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or username associated with your PressONE UC account.

Support Ticket – Open a ticket at https://support.pressone.net and select "Data Deletion Request" as the reason for your inquiry.
Our team will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Happens When You Uninstall the App
When you delete (uninstall) the PressONE UC app from your device, all data stored locally on that device is deleted immediately. Any other phones or softphones registered to your account will remain active and available for use.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon processing a data deletion request, the following data is deleted:
- Device registration and push notification tokens
- Call history stored on the device
- App preferences and local settings
- Any cached user credentials on the device
What Data Is Retained
Certain data may be retained for business, regulatory, or contractual obligations:
- Call detail records (CDRs) required for billing and compliance — retained per your organization's service agreement
- Account-level configuration managed by your organization's administrator
- Voicemail recordings — retained until removed by the user or administrator
