Adding Grandstream GXW devices to GDMS

Adding Grandstream GXW devices to GDMS

Fun fact if anyone ever wants to use GDMS for the GXW gateways. The process is a bit backwards. Do not add the gateway to GDMS until you manually provision the device.
  1. Add your users in the Domain
  2. Add your Gateway in NDP and all the Users you Created to each port
  3. Log into the Gateway (Password is on the bottom)
  4. Go to Maintenance Tab and Add your Provisioning server/cfg under Config Server Path
  5. Add your NDP creds for HTTP User and Password
  6. I used HTTP haven't test HTTPS yet
  7. Reboot your device and it should pull the config
  8. Test the FSX ports after verifying they are showing up under FXS Ports as the Users you created and make a few test Calls
  9. Then you can add the gateway to GDMS and have remote support for the device as intended
  10. Yes this sounds Backwards as with Phones you add  them to GDMS first but with the gateway you add it last.

Feel Free to copy paste this as it took me several hours fighting this chunk of metal and this should save you some time.
