Enable Do Not Disturb (DND) on Yealink T-Series phones,E


Method 1: Using the Physical DND Button (If Available)

1. Look for the DND button on the phone (some models have a dedicated button).

2. Press it once to enable Do Not Disturb.

3. Press it again to disable Do Not Disturb.


Method 2: Using the Phone’s Menu

1. Press the “DND” Soft Key (if displayed on the home screen).

• This immediately enables Do Not Disturb.

• Press it again to disable.

2. If there’s no DND Soft Key, follow these steps:

• Press the “Menu” button (or “OK” button, depending on the model).

• Navigate to Features > Do Not Disturb.

• Select Enable.

• To disable, return to the same menu and select Disable.


Method 3: Using the Web Interface (If Configured)

1. Find the phone’s IP address (Menu > Status > IPv4).

2. Enter the IP address in a web browser (e.g., http://<Phone-IP>).

3. Log in (default username: admin, password: admin or your custom password).

4. Navigate to Features > DND.

5. Enable DND and save the changes.
