Finding the IP Address of Your Polycom Phone

Finding the IP Address of Your Polycom Phone

  1. On the Polycom phone, press the Home button.
  2. Navigate to Settings and press Select.
  3. Go to Status and press Select.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Choose TCP/IP Parameters.
  6. Your phone's IP address will be displayed next to IP Address.

If you are unable to find the IP address, please restart the phone and try again.
